Spring Open House

Roger’s Gardens in Corona del Mar held a spring open house featuring floral arrangements and their new plein air fine art gallery. During the three-day event, horticulturists offered tips on growing particular plants and cultivating perfect tomatoes. Guests were given advice on flower arranging, and the new Radko glass ornament collection was unveiled. Shoppers sipped pink lemonade and ate ginger cookies as they strolled around the colorful nursery. Checking out the purple hydrangea was Newport Coast resident Nancy Jones who said, “The flowers here are fresh and fabulous. We’re blessed to have Roger’s Gardens here in our neighborhood. It’s an inspiring place and cheers me up.” --By Ann Chatillon
