Catwalk: Escada

In celebration of Opera Pacific’s upcoming 25th Anniversary Opera Ball, 115 guests gathered at the Balboa Bay Club & Resort for a lovely luncheon and fashion presentation by Escada, South Coast Plaza. The runway show, showcasing Escada’s 2008 Summer Collection, drew raves and featured vibrant colors, large floral prints, the pristine, ruffled white blouse, volume sleeves, a strong selection of dresses, a prevalence of belts, and the return of the jumpsuit. On hand from Escada, New York, to oversee the show was Escada’s Special Events Manager Kathryn Knox, with assistance from Kerry Kooistra, West Coast Regional Director, and Eda Wong, Escada South Coast Plaza’s store manager.
