Disney Time-shares in Anaheim

Fifty time-share units are well under construction adjacent to the Grand Californian Hotel in Anaheim’s Walt Disney Resort. This is the 10th location for the Disney Vacation Club, in which members purchase points for use at the time-shares.
    
Depending on the number of points purchased, the 50 Anaheim units can cost from $18,000 to $30,000, plus an annual $500 to $600 maintenance fee. Opening is scheduled for this fall.
