Chef Carlos Olivera has assembled a romantic four-course menu that begins with your choice of baked diver scallops with crispy pancetta or roasted tomato and goat cheese Portobello mushroom followed by choice of kabocha squash soup with tempura rock shrimp or Bartlett pear mizuna salad. Entrée choices include Surf and Turf, pan-roasted Chilean sea bass, stuffed quail, or lamb chops. Dine on a dessert of chocolate cake for two and Ghirardelli-dipped strawberries.
