In 1934, as St. Regis legend goes, St. Regis bartender Fernand Petiot introduced his version of a Parisian cocktail to the New York hotel and the Red Snapper became a classic. What? Never heard of a Red Snapper? That’s because while Petiot’s cocktail became a classic, the name he gave his creation didn’t.

You probably know his spicy tomato vodka drink better as the bloody Mary. To celebrate the 80 years since its inception, St. Regis is hosting a build-your-own bloody Mary menu. You have 80 days to have a bloody Mary 80 ways. But if mixology is not your forte, try one of the St. Regis’ signature bloody Marys. From Texas to London, every St. Regis hotel has its own signature take on the drink and they are all available to order at St. Regis Monarch Beach (where their signature version subs Herradura silver tequila for vodka and they call it Agave Maria).
