New Homes in the Canyon
Oak Summit Estates near Cooks's Corner
Want a semi-custom home secluded in a canyon in Orange County? Advanced Real Estate Services of Irvine, working with Baywood Development, also of Irvine, is developing five homes on acre-size lots near the fabled Cook’s Corner in the Santiago Canyon foothills. The site is a 10-acre plot owned for the last 20 years by a private individual.
The homes in the enclave, called Oak Summit Estates, will be 4,200 square feet, each with downstairs master suites, three guest suites and four-and-a-half baths. Prices are expected to start at $2.2 million.
Want to be nearer to the ocean? Advanced Real Estate is also the developer of the Aerie luxury condominiums by Brion Jeannette Architecture, planned for the site of a 15-unit apartment building on Ocean Boulevard near Carnation Avenue in Corona del Mar. The project will contain seven condominiums from 3,000 to 6,500 square feet. Occupancy is a year away.
