Carol Lee’s clients expect the best. Most are successful entrepreneurs and professionals that relate to and appreciate Lee’s entrepreneurial spirit and consultative approach.

Lee’s commitment and hard work were recently recognized by her agency, Engel & Voelkers. Lee has represented clients all over Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Corona del Mar. Recent sales have included a beautiful Cape Cod for $6 million on the Peninsula oceanfront where she represented the seller, a prominent local builder, and the buyer.
“The home sold to the first people who saw it staged, before I’d even printed the brochure,” said Lee, who has created a vast and valuable local network she relies on to spread the word about properties she represents. When longtime clients spent a year searching for their perfect investment property, Lee found two opportunities before they hit the market. Both met her clients’ needs.
Lee is known for her professionalism and discretion, protecting her clients’ privacy, and anonymity when requested. “The transaction went through without revealing my clients’ identity,” Lee said. “To this day no one knows the details.”
Out of college, Lee was a systems engineer at IBM and afterward co-founded a software company. Her love of tech has served her clients well in her 12 year + real estate career. Lee was an early adopter of online sites (like Zillow and Trulia) to meet tech-savvy clients, and continues to use technology to organize her team and give the best possible service to her clients.

An Orange County native, Lee and her husband have lived in Newport Coast for the past 15 years, where they are active in supporting education and arts charities including Orange County Museum of Art, Women of Chapman and Working Wardrobes. In addition, they sponsored a local youth baseball team in 2015 and helped families send their kids to camp, celebrate Christmas and purchase school clothes. Lee enjoys all that Newport has to offer: sailing, kayaking and great restaurants with family and friends.
