The fashion retailers at South Coast Plaza featured spring fashion at the annual Childhelp For the Love of a Child Fashion Show and Luncheon at the Island Hotel Newport Beach to rave reviews. Trends for the season included floral prints, leather jackets, navy blue blazers (with turned-up sleeves a must!), and animal prints. Neutrals and touches of color, especially in the coral tones, were prevalent, as were one-shoulder looks and pencil skirts. Hems were knee-length and above, and the platform shoe continued its popularity with a tad lower heel.
