My favorite go-to lunch spot is The Camp’s East Borough for three reasons: It’s tasty, fresh and cheap. I’m very predictable: pork egg roll platter and their grapefruit lemongrass salad – hold the peanuts. And their new LA digs have a fantastic happy hour. My friends and I usually go for the Spice Trade cocktail.
I always try to fit a couple of yoga and Barre or Pilates classes into my weekly workout regime. The two classes I can’t live without are the Sculpt/Pilates class at Ekam Yoga and the Hot Vinyasa Yoga class at Equinox Newport Beach. There’s nothing better than a good sweat.

When we’re not eating at Wahoo’s, my dad (Wing Lam) and I love grabbing turkey and avocado sandwiches at Jan’s Health Bar. He would always take me growing up and still to this day, our secret is adding dates to the Tropical Cooler smoothie. It’s a great way to naturally add sweetness.
