Cucina Enoteca Tuesday Night Wine Flights

Irvine Spectrum Center’s Cucina Enoteca isn’t just a place to dine on California-inspired Italian dishes (try the frutti di mare in squid ink linguine) or shop for rustic home décor (some of Enoteca’s décor can be purchased on the restaurant’s online store, Urban Kitchen). It’s also a great place to learn about wine. Gather in the restaurant’s Wine Shop on Tuesday nights for wine flights. The tastings take place from 5-8 p.m. with a different topic each week. Tickets range from $15-$25.

If you still have a thirst for knowledge – and wine – Enoteca also hosts a monthly Saturday wine class from 2-4 p.m. priced at $50 per person. On September 29, the topic is “Sparklings” with cheese, bread and tasters of six different sparkling wines included in the price.
