Here come the single-family homes in Cypress Village. First came the Irvine Company’s four apartment communities with 1,677 apartments so homeowners would not complain. Now come the homes in the Irvine Company’s newest village at Jeffrey Road just north of the San Diego Freeway (I-5).
Developed by Irvine Pacific, the Irvine Company’s back-again homebuilding arm, Cypress Village homes will debut this spring in an initial three neighborhoods: Marigold, Magnolia and Mulberry. Homes will range in size from 1,840 to 2,743 square feet and in cost from the low-$700,000s to the high-$800,000s.
Attracting families to Cypress Village homes will be several parks, a future elementary school and a future intermediate school right in the village. Cypress Village Shopping Center is already in place on Jeffrey Road.
