MAC has been masterfully pairing surprising designers and celebrities – Guo Pei, Mariah Carey come to mind – for limited-run makeup collections that are decidedly non-boring. Chang noted the vibrant line of vivid colors is aimed at women who are “eccentric and confident.” Maximalists of the world, delight!
