Doug Easton
Matt Easton
Easton & Easton, LLP
650 Town Center Drive, Suite 1850
Costa Mesa CA 92626

WITH MORE THAN 70 YEARS of combined personal injury litigation experience, Easton & Easton (comprised of Doug and his sons Brian, Matt, and Travis) only represents those who have been seriously injured or suffered the wrongful death of a loved one.

In addition to their selection to Avvo's Top Attorneys this year, Doug and Matt Easton have both been selected among the 'Premier 100 Trial Attorneys' for California by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys and have each been chosen as one of the '10 Best Personal Injury Attorneys' in California for 2015 by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.

In addition, both Doug and Brian Easton have been selected to the National Trial Lawyers'
'Top 100 Trial Lawyers' in California, and both Brian and Matt have earned lifetime appointments to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum¨The Top Trial Lawyers in America¨ (an honor given to fewer than 1% of attorneys in the United States). Given the pedigree of
its attorneys, Easton & Easton is listed by U.S. News & World Report as one of Southern California's Best Law Firms.

As a family of attorneys, the Eastons have a lifelong, personal passion for helping those who have suffered tragedy through the negligence of another. In a particularly heart-wrenching recent case, the Eastons acquired $2.75 million for the wrongful death of a 55-year-old man who was survived by only his 80-year-old parents. While the defendants' insurance carrier initially expected a token settlement because of the advanced age of the decedent and his parents, the Eastons presented a moving story of love and devotion between the parents and their son, which compelled the insurance company to seek an early mediation and led to the remarkable multi-million dollar settlement. Each of the Eastons received commendations from the City of Lancaster for these results, and it was chosen as one of California's Top Million Dollar Settlements that year.
