Clear skies and perfect sailing conditions made the 31st annual Tall Ships Festival in Dana Point a treat for thousands of spectators. The ships maneuvered into positions to engage in mock cannon battles to the delight of the passengers on board. The Festival is hosted by the Ocean Institute of Dana a community based, non-profit organization dedicated to research and education.
