The University of California, Irvine is now offering an entire list of free online classes, ranging from how to make your own iPhone app to the latest trends in PR to an information session on cloud computing.

On Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., tune in for the free webinar, Sustainability Leadership: Energy Efficiency and Leadership Strategies. Geared toward facility managers, CEOs thinking of going green and those who just want to learn more about green options for businesses, Sustainability Leadership discusses what sustainability means in the business realm.

Two instructors will give brief overviews of two UCI Social Ecology courses offered in spring 2010 – Energy Retrofits: Saving Energy in Existing Buildings and Green Supply Chain – both of which provide guidelines to a greener business. After a short lecture, the instructors will open the floor (in this case, the instant messages) to students for the remainder of the class.
