Opening in 1995, Pelican Hill is the Newport Coast community where the desire for large custom estates on grand lots originated.
“Pelican Hill is what started it all,” says Jason Bradshaw, a real estate agent who specializes in coastal properties – “all” referring to “the building of custom, estate-style larger properties.”
