On an April evening at the Nixon Presidential Library & Museum in Yorba Linda, the 12th annual Physicians of Excellence Honoree Reception fêted 457 of Orange County’s most skilled and dedicated local physicians, as selected out by the Physicians of Excellence selection committee.
