Fashion's Floral Fling

Oscar de la Renta channels the beauty of Punta Cana for his 2016 resort collection with this multi-floral navy silk crepe halter gown.

London’s royal Kew Gardens captivated the imaginations of Marchesa co-creators Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, inspiring “delicate floral petals, sun-kissed leaf embroideries and vibrant colors,” Chapman noted while presenting the latest Marchesa Notte collection at an intimate rooftop gathering at Neiman Marcus, Fashion Island. But Marchesa is not alone this spring: Garden patterns and foliage-adorned accessories enhanced the romantic looks of many designers’ 2016 collections, leaving no room for wallflowers.
