The 2015 Long Beach Grand Prix thrilled automotive fans this weekend. It was the 41st running of the 1,968 mile 11-turn course, which winds through the seaside area of Long Beach. Three-time Indy 500 winner Scott Dixon won the race for the first time. Maximum speeds reached almost 200 miles per hour along the Seashore portion of the course. Other events included the Indy Light Race, the Pirelli World Challenge, and the Celebrity Pro Race. Robby Gordon’s SST truck race featured pickup trucks hurtling skyward off ramps on the course.
