You don’t have to go all the way to New Orleans to get your hands on plastic beads. Just head out to RA Sushi this Fat Tuesday for Mardi RA. At both the Tustin and Huntington Beach locations, you'll find a taste of the Big Easy with items like the spicy chicken and shishito green necklace, chili shrimp roll and spicy kalbi beef ($7-$9). RA will also be serving up themed cocktails like the Southern julep and the huRAcane ($8). Don’t forget to come dressed in your Mardi RA best.
