Kids of all ages dressed up on Halloween for a morning of costumed surfing at Newport Beach Pier. Superheroes, witches, and a shark strutted their stuff to the delight of parents, surf fans and a bevy of photographers. In spite of the crowded surf line, there were only smiles and laughter as the warm weather and water and consistent easy waves kept surfers in the water for several hours.
