The 82-year-old style icon is partnering with Eddie and Jules Trump (no relation to The Donald) to design the chic new lobbies at The Estates at Acqualina. The project is expected to reach completion by 2020, but the two 50-story towers are starting to sell out fast. The 265 units are priced from $3.9 million to $9 million. Interested in one of the penthouses? It’s up for a cool $40 million.
