How Sweet It Is
|
Although choosing the right fragrance is a very personal decision that each of us has to make in our own private way, I would feel a bit selfish -- cruel, really -- if I didn't share with you the latest Hanae Mori Parfums has to offer.
No. 1, a limited edition, sweet, spring scent with a hint of vanilla and a mix of berries, is not only the best thing I've smelled since Estée Lauder's Pleasures, but also adheres to a philosophy of green. The fragrance, available through fall, was created in France with the help of sun and wind power, and a portion of proceeds from U.S. sales will benefit Clean Air-Cool Planet.
Besides a lovely fresh, sweet scent and an eco-friendly philosophy behind it, the fragrance lives in a clear, lavender bottle that is sophisticated while still subtle. And I might have to find a place for it even when it's empty because it's just so pretty.
Available at Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom throughout Orange County for $95.
