If a holiday beer festival was at the top of your Christmas wish list, you must have been very good this year. Christmas comes early for beer lovers with the inaugural OC Brew Ho Ho Holiday Ale Festival. Brought to you by the folks of the OC Brew Ha Ha Craft Beer Festival, Brew Ho Ho will feature over 50 craft beers with plenty of seasonal and holiday ales on tap. Benefitting the Yellow Ribbon America – Operation Christmas and the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation and hosted by The Phoenix Club, Anaheim, the event will also feature food, music and unique holiday shopping.
Food trucks like Rancho-a-Go-Go will be on hand alongside vendors like Drunken Udder Ice Cream, Brew Cakes and Slaters 50/50, who will even be grilling a special holiday burger. And if that doesn’t get you in the holiday spirit, sample some Brew Ho Ho Holiday Strong Ale, brewed by Bootlegger’s Brewery, Pizza Port San Clemente and Newport Beach Brewing Company especially for the event. English yeast and chocolate malts give this ale a hint of sugar and spice you won’t want to miss. You can also shop the Brewery Merchandise Expo and pick up the perfect Christmas gift for all the beer lovers on your list.
Tickets to the OC Brew Ho Ho are $45 and include unlimited 3 oz. tasters, a commemorative festival glass, entrance to the merchandise expo, and free parking.
