Pearls of all shapes, sizes and colors were paraded down the runways, but Mikimoto kept it classic with cascading strings of iridescent pearls dotted with diamond clusters. Jewelers proffered eye-catching cocktail rings and glittering brooches. For watches, it’s all about the details: faces inlaid with mother-of-pearl or surrounded with pavé diamonds. The sentiment: Flowers may fade, but diamonds and pearls never age.
