Brandywine Homes, Irvine, is also finding “infill” sites, but the long-time homebuilder is developing rental apartments as demand for apartments continues to heat up.
Two projects are in Garden Grove: 25 units on Dale Street which will be completed this November, and 34 units on Hope Street with completion scheduled for February 2014.
Next project is in Buena Park. Here, Brandywine is developing 22 units designed by the renowned architectural firm of LPA, Irvine. Completion is set for the summer of 2014.
