When you think Anaheim, you don’t think rock music. Disneyland, maybe. But not rock music.
But January 13 through 15, Anaheim will be all about rock music. With the National Association of Music Merchants show in town, the 2011 OC Music Awards will host Rock the Garden at The Shops at Anaheim GardenWalk. This free event will host three live bands and DJ nightly while food and beverage merchants at the plaza will offer special discounts.
Thursday night you’ll find Billy Kernkamp, Big Bad Wolf, Michael Rosas, and DJ Velvet Touch. Come back Friday for The Color Turning, Two Guns, The Relative Strangers, and DJ Daria and Saturday night for Stone Ave., Soul Hustlers, Marc B, and another DJ Velvet Touch. Come out and see how much Anaheim rocks.
