The center’s mission is to help women become active participants in their own health care, offering complete health assessments and disease-risk profiles. Classes on stress reduction therapies or healthy cooking are meant to educate women on making healthy lifestyle choices, while courses on osteoporosis and menopause management provide more specific information. If your needs can’t be met at the Wellness Center, Hoag Hospital also has a Breast Cancer Center and offers Family-Centered Maternal Child Services, including postpartum educational support.
