Wildfish Seafood Grille (949-720-9925) has launched its “Wildfish Rewards” Gold Member program that allows members to earn back 10% of the dining bill for future visits. Rewards are earned at each visit and can be redeemed once a minimum of $50 is spent, or once $5 in rewards has been accumulated at the restaurant. Reward points do not apply to tax and gratuity.

After 20 years, The Junior League of Orange County will soon debut its third cookbook, Orange County Fare: A Culinary Journey Through The California Riviera. Kimera (949-261-1222) has added an attractive new wine bar within its dramatic dining room. Tastings of five varietals are held Tuesdays and Fridays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for $18, with all tapas priced at $5 each.

Wine education classes continue through summer at Eno-Versity at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel (949-240-2000). On July 10, learn about organic/biodynamic wines. July 24 highlights a Chocolate Tasting with Isabella Dallmann of Dallmann Confections. The wine classes are designed for both novice and expert participants alike to interact and learn from guest winemakers.

On July 11, 9:30 a.m.-noon, Hayley Nguyen, chef/proprietor of Xanh’s Bistro (714-531-2030) shares her expertise at a Vietnamese vegetarian cooking class. The $45 fee includes a full tasting, tax and tip. On July 6 through July 10, Nguyen will teach a Summer Basic Cooking Camp for Teens, ages 12-15. Basic kitchen/knife skills will be taught, along with baking basics, pizza making, burgers, pastas, and salads. Cost, $145 per child for the four-day series. On July 25, 11 a.m., Chef Amar Santana of Charlie Palmer (714-352-2525) teaches a class called Citrus Cooking. Learn how to cure salmon, make ceviche and salmon gravlax through a centuries-old Latin method of soaking seafood in acidic juices of citrus fruits instead of heat.

For the budget-conscious bride and groom, all Stonefire Grills are offering special Wedding Packages with costs as low as $6.99 per person (minimum of 10) with options for upgrades.
