Tory Burch at South Coast Plaza stepped up to the plate to showcase its 2009 spring fashions at the Guilds of the Orange County Performing Arts Center's 14th annual Fashion Show and Luncheon at the South Coast Plaza Westin Hotel. The designer's colorful solids and geometric, floral and striped print dresses and tops drew raves as did a black sleeveless dress with large ruffled hem and metal statement necklace.
