The Orange County Performing Arts Center is showcasing the John Alexander Singers, led by Robert Istad, singing a selection of love songs by everyone from The Beatles to Johann Strauss. For those who love the outdoors, there’s a Valentine’s Day hike at the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park and in Little Sycamore Canyon/Nix Nature Center. This two-mile hike covers steep and rocky terrain while highlighting canyon views and wildflowers. The hike runs from 9-11:30 a.m. and costs $5 per person, plus $3 parking. Although not Valentine’s Day-specific, Cirque Du Soleil’s newest show, Kooza, will be performing on the 14th at the Orange County Great Park in Irvine.
