Sweet and Simple

Out of all the berries, raspberries are the easiest to enjoy straight off the vine. As a child, my first time berry picking, I was looking forward to eating the strawberries and blueberries. To my surprise, the raspberries were the most fun. I devoured the warm, sweet and tangy fruit plucked straight from the abundant bushes. Unlike strawberries, the raspberries were easy to spot and with very little effort, I collected several baskets within minutes. Since then, I’ve been a framboise fan, especially when these berries are prepared as a dessert. For those who can’t stand seeds, we have a saucy raspberry coulis recipe for you. Enjoy the sweet raspberry flavor without the fuss.
